Sit down in your private space of choice and take 5 minutes for yourself. Feel your feet, legs and belly get a little more relaxed before you start. Bring your hand together in front of your breast and shape them like a bowl by making your little fingers touch each other on the side with the palm upwards. Your under arms make a 90 degree angle relative to your body. Keep your fingers touching each others sides. With every ‘I bow’ you bring your head forward, you bend your neck relatively far and bring at the same time your hands to your forehead with the palms of your hands above your eyebrows with your fingers over your hair(-line). For a moment you keep your hands and head in this position and then you bring your head up again and your hands down in the starting position, until the next ‘I bow’. Leave at closure the hands resting in your lap and let the music run out before you stop the meditation. You can say the words out loud for an extra detoxing effect.
